Description
LCAHA (LCA hydroxyamide) is a deubiquitinase USP2a inhibitor with IC 50 s of 9.7 µM and 3.7µM in Ub-AMC Assay and Di-Ub Assay, respectively. LCAHA destabilizes Cyclin D1 and induces G0/G1 arrest by inhibiting deubiquitinase USP2a.In VitroLCAHA inhibits HCT116 wt and HCT116 p53 -/- colon cancer cells viability with GI 50 s of 0.87±0.09 and 0.96±0.29µM, respectively, and the LD 50 s of 27.8±3.9 and 26.5±0.1µM, respectively.
