Diacylglycerol Kinase Inhibitor I prevents the formation of foreign body giant cell (FBGC). It inhibits the phosphorylation of diacylglycerol to phosphatidic acid. Diacylglycerol Kinase Inhibitor I functions as a serotonin (5-HT) receptor (5-HTR) antagonist.
