Description
Disopyramide, a sodium channel blocker in the Class of 1a anti-arrhythmic agent, is used in the treatment of Ventricular Tachycardia. Disopyramide has a negative inotropic effect on the ventricular myocarduM, resulting in a significant decrease in contractility
