SJFalpha is a 13-atom linker PROTAC. SJFalpha degrades p38alpha with a DC50 of 7.16nM, but is far less effective at degrading p38delta (DC50=299nM) and does not degrade the other p38 isoforms (beta and gamma) at concentrations up to 2.5uM[1]
