Description
CB2 receptor positive allosteric modulator. Enhances CP 55940 and 2-Arachidonylglycerol -stimulated binding of [35S]GTPgammaS to CB2 receptors, but has no effect in the absence of agonist. Exhibits antinociceptive effects in an animal model of neuropathic pain
