Razupenem (SMP-601, PTZ601) is a broad-spectrum injectable antibiotic derived from the carbapenem subgroup of beta-lactam antibiotics. It has been developed as an alternative drug against bacteria that have developed antibiotic resistance to commonly used antibiotics
