An inhibitor of Wnt/β-catenin signaling; selectively inhibits the proliferation of Wnt-dependent cancer cells over non-cancerous cells and Wnt-independent cancer cells at 2-10 µM; decreases the expression of the Wnt target genes AXIN2, MYC, CCND1, and BMP4 in a concentration-dependent manner in HCT116 cells; reduces tumor growth and increases intratumoral apoptosis in Wnt-dependent HCT116, HT115, and H23 mouse xenograft models at 10 and 20 mg/kg
