Description
A metabolite of ranitidine; acutely cytotoxic to B. calyciflorus and C. dubia (LC50s = 4.51 and 7.85 mg/L, respectively); inhibits the reproduction of B. calyciflorus and C. dubia with chronic exposure (EC50s = 0.83 and 0.51 mg/L, respectively); mutagenic to S. typhimurium from 0.312-0.625 µg/ml; genotoxic to E. coli from 0.312-5 µg/ml
