TPC-144 is a novel and selective LSD1 inhibitor potentially used for the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and small cell lung cancer (SCLC). TPC-144 reversibly inhibited LSD1 in a histone peptide-competitive manner not forming a covalent adduct with FAD
