Description
A slowly dissociating CRTh2 antagonist with Kd of 1.14nM; shows a half-life of 14.4 minutes, >7-fold slower than AZD-1981; inhibits PGD2-stimulated human eosinophil shape change, importantly, retains its potency in the whole-blood shape-change assay relative to the isolated shape change assay; also is a potent inhibitor of PGD2-induced cytokine release in human Th2 cells.
