Description
Icotinib Hydrochloride is the hydrochloride salt form of icotinib, an orally available quinazoline-based inhibitor of EGFR, with potential antineoplastic activity. Icotinib selectively inhibits the wild-type and several mutated forms of EGFR tyrosine kinase.
