Description
Batabulin is an antitumor compound, which binds covalently and selectively to a subset of the beta-tubulin isotypes, thereby disrupting microtubule polymerization. Batabulin affects cell morphology and leads to cell-cycle arrest ultimately induce apoptotic cell death
