Description
Perlapine (AW-14233; HF-2333; Hypnodine) is a potent antihistamine that has high affinity for dopamine D1, alpha1, alpha2 and 5-HT2A receptors with IC50 of 198, 19, 4945 and 70nM, respectively; also has anticholinergic, antiserotonergic, antiadrenergic and antidopaminergic activity; also is a highly potent hM3Dq agonist (EC50=2.8nM) but do not activate the native human M3 receptor (hM3, EC50>30uM)
