A flavonoid glycoside with diverse biological activities; inhibits NA activity in oseltamivir-sensitive and -resistant H1N1 influenza strains (IC50s = 3 and 4.53 µM, respectively); scavenges DPPH radicals in a cell-free assay at 2 µM; inhibits the activity of PTP1B (IC50 = 5.5 µM for the human enzyme); increases insulin-induced glucose uptake in insulin-resistant HepG2 cells; inhibits proliferation of, and induces apoptosis in, HL-60 cells
