Paprotrain is a reversible, non-ATP competitive inhibitor of the kinesin MKLP-2 with selectivity over 12 other members of the kinesin superfamily, including the closely-related MKLP-1. Paprotrain shows a moderate inhibition activity on DYRK1A (IC50 = 5.5 µM)
