Description
BX 430 is a selective P2X4 allosteric antagonist (IC50 = 0.54 µM) binding noncompetitively to extracellular allosteric site. It exhibits >10-fold selectivity for human P2X4 receptors over P2X1, P2X2, P2X3, P2X5 and P2X7 receptors. BX 430 is inactive at mouse and rat P2X4 receptors
