FX1 is a selective inhibitor of B cell lymphoma 6 (BCL6) (IC50 = 35 µM in reporter assays), which can disrupt formation of the BCL6 repression complex, reactivate BCL6 target genes and mimick the phenotype of mice engineered to express BCL6 with corepressor binding site mutations.
