It is produced by the strain of Piptoporus sp. Lu 9-1. It has broad antibacterial spectrum, it inhibits Staphylococcus aureus, enterococcus faecalis, Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli, Candida albicans with MIC (µg/mL) of 0.78-6.25, 1.56, 1.00, 12.5, 6.25, respectively
