Description
Disopyramide is a sodium channel blocker that, in rabbit ventricular myocytes, binds and dissociates from open channels more quickly than from resting channels. Formulations containing disopyramide have been used in the treatment of cardiac arrhythmias and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy
