Description
KB SRC 4 is a cell-permeable, potent and highly selective c-Src inhibitor with Kd value of 86 nM and Ki value of 44 nM, which is a key signaling kinase in cancer. It displays no inhibition on c-Abl up to 125 µM and is selective between Src family members. It inhibits cell growth in 4T1 mammary carcinoma tumor cells. It has antitumor activity and may be a promising therapeutic potential in the treatment of cancers
