An inhibitor of hog liver esterase and hog pancreas lipase (IC50s = 29 and 0.14 ng/ml, respectively); also inhibits fatty acid synthase (IC50 = 0.30 µM) and demonstrates selective toxicity towards MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells (IC50 = 10.5 µM)
