NSC134754 is a Heat Shock Factor 1 (HSF1) inhibitor. It can induce inhibition of HSF1, SP1 and NF-κB triggers the loss of the natural killer cell-activating ligands MICA/B on human tumor cells. NSC134754 can also completely block HIF-1α induced by IGF-1 in HCT116 human colon carcinoma cells
