PHCCC, a chromene derivative, has been found to be a mGluR4 positive allosteric modulator as well as group I metabotropic glutamate receptor antagonist. It has been found to exhibit anti-Parkinsonian activies in rats. IC50: 3 µM (Glutamate Receptor)
