Recoflavone, also referred to DA 6034, is a synthetic flavonoid derivative known to possess anti-inflammatory activity in phase Ⅲ clinical trials for the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease. With gastroprotective and ulcer healing activity, Recoflavone promotes gastric epithelial cell migration and wound-healing through the mTOR pathway, and induced mucin secretion via Ca2+-dependent pathways through P2Y receptor stimulation
