This active molecular is a cell-permeable SHP2 inhibitor which blocks growth factor stimulated hematopoietic progenitor proliferation and ERK1/2 activation. IC50 is 5.5 µM. II-B08 may be therapeutically useful for anticancer and antileukemia treatment in the future
