Description
Bitopertin is a potent and noncompetitive glycine reuptake inhibitor (GlyT1). It is effective in reducing the negative symptoms when given in combination with second generation antipsychotics. It is currently in Phase III trials for the treatment of the negative symptoms of schizophrenia
