Recombinant protein corresponding to human Factor VIII expressed in CHO cells. Factor VIII is a glycosylated, 170kD,1438-amino acid polypeptide consisting of two dimer chains with molecular weights of 90kD (heavy chain) and 80kD (light chain). This protein does not contain the B domain
