Introduction: FtsJ RNA Methyltransferase Homolog 2 (FTSJ2) belongs to the S-adenosylmethionine-binding protein family. FTSJ2 is a nucleolar protein and which is involved in cell cycle control and DNA repair and the processing and modification of rRNA. FTSJ2 is extensively expressed, with the highest expression in the muscle, placenta, and heart
