Supplier Page from Biorbyt for Apamin peptide
Application Notes: Apamin, which has been isolated from bee venom, is the smallest neurotoxic polypeptide known. It is the only polypeptide neurotoxin that passes the blood-brain barrier. It has several features in common with the snake and scorpion neurotoxins: like these, apamin is a low-molecular-weight basic peptide, and the molecule is crosslinked by disulfide bridges.
