Purified Human Type I Collagen (SB Cat. No. 1200-01S) was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to PVDF membrane, probed with Goat Anti-Type I Collagen-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 1310-01), and visualized using Donkey Anti-Goat IgG(H+L), Multi-Species SP ads-HRP (SB Cat. No. 6425-05) secondary antibody and chemiluminescent detection.
