Description: NTAL Human Recombinant produced in E Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 238 amino acids (27-243 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 26.2 kDa. NTAL protein is fused to a 21 amino acid His tag at N-terminus and is purified by standard chromatography.
Introduction: NTAL participates in FCER1 (high affinity immunoglobulin epsilon receptor)-mediated signaling in mast cells. NTAL takes part in BCR (B-cell antigen receptor)-mediated signaling in B-cells and FCGR1 (high affinity immunoglobulin gamma Fc receptor I)-mediated signaling in myeloid cells.
