R9417-47 induces activation of beta -catenin response in a Topflash Luciferase assay using HEK293T human embryonic kidney cells. The ED50 for this effect is 0.7-2.8 ng/mL in the presence of 5 ng/mL of Recombinant Mouse Wnt-3a.
1ug/lane of R9417-47 was resolved with SDS-PAGE and visualized by silver staining under reducing (R) conditions, showing a single band at 28kD.
