Description
The LRP-5 protein functions as a coreceptor, cooperating with Frizzled receptors to initiate the canonical Wnt signaling pathway. It is critical for cell fate determination and self-renewal and plays an important role in posterior ectoderm patterning during gastrulation and bone development by affecting osteoblast proliferation and differentiation. LRP-5 Protein, Human (HEK293, mFc) is the recombinant human-derived LRP-5 protein, expressed by HEK293, with C-mFc labeled tag
