IL-1RAcP is a co-receptor for IL1RL2, IL1R1 and IL1RL1 in the IL-36, IL-1 and IL-33 signaling system, respectively. IL-1RAcP is an essential component of the IL-1 receptor and plays an essential role in the inflammatory process.
