This preparation is buffered in PBS, pH7.4, containing 0.01% SKL, 1mM DTT, 5% Trehalose and Proclin300. Endotoxin level is less than 1.0 EU per 1ug (as determined by LAL), and purity is greater than 95%. This protein has been recombinantly produced in E Coli and is N-terminal HIS-tagged
