Human IgG1 Affinity Purified Lyophilized has been purified from human plasma by affinity chromatography. This is a Lyophilized powder buffered in 0.02M Sodium Phosphate; 0.15M NaCl; 0.05% Azide; pH7.4 with a concentration of 1.0mg/ml and a purity of >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
