Description
KOD DNA Polymerase is isolated and purified from the plasmid cloned with Thermococcus Kodakaraensis DNA polymerase gene after inducing expression in E. coli. The enzyme can obtain high-yield amplification products in a short time, and is particularly suitable for high-fidelity amplification of PCR products within 6kb.Note: High-fidelity KOD requires very high for dNTP purity, so it is recommended to use the ultra-pure dNTP mix for this enzyme
