Description
Bovine Antithrombin Purified has been purified from bovine plasma. This is a frozen liquid buffered in 20 mM Tris-HCl/0.1M Sodium Citrate/0.15 M NaCl/pH 8.3, with a concentration of 1.8mg/ml and a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE analysis (showing no reduction when incubated with 2-mercaptoethanol).
