Thrombin Purified Biotin Labeled has been purified from human plasma using affinity chromatography method. This is a liquid buffered in 0.05M Na Citrate; 0.2M NaCl; 0.1% PEG-8000; 50% Glycerol; pH6.5, with a concentration of 0.5mg/ml and a purity of >95%.
