Description
Salmon Deoxyribonucleic Acid Denatured Fragmented 10ml developed smilarly to the method of Emanuel and Chaikoff, J. Biol. Chem., 203, 164 (1953). Purified salmon testes prepared by mechanical shearing and heat denaturation to an average fragment size of 200-1000 base pairs. This is a liquid 5mg/ml in 0.05 M NaCl.
To address any renaturation during storage briefly boil the product then rapidly chill prior to using. Please consider the recommended concentration of 100 ug/ml during usage
