Description
Bovine Deoxyribonucleic Acid Cellulose Single Strand is prepared by denatured, single-stranded calf thymus DNA being covalently bound to cellulose. One gram of DNA-cellulose does swell to 3-4 ml when fully hydrated. This is a dry powder with a concentration of 3 mg DNA/gm dry weight.
