Rat IgG Affinity Purified has been purified from normal rat serum by affinity chromatography. This is a Frozen liquid buffered in 0.02M Sodium Phosphate; 0.15M NaCl; pH7.4 with a concentration of 10.0mg/ml and a purity of >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Purified from normal serum by immobilized Protein A. Preservative free
