Human IgM Mu Chain Affinity Purified Lyophilized has been purified from human plasma by affinity chromatography. This is a Lyophilized powder buffered in 1.0M Acetic Acid with a concentration of Lyophilized and a purity of >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
No reaction by IEP to antisera to kappa or lambda. Add deionized water to original volume, aliquot and freeze unused portion. Dilutions must be made in 1M Acetic Acid
