Llama IgG Affinity Purified has been purified from normal Llama Serum using both Protein G and Protein A affinity chromatography. This is a liquid buffered in 0.01M Sodium Phosphate; 0.15M NaCl; pH7.4, with a concentration of 10mg/ml and a purity of >95%.
This product is useful for ELISA, Western Blot, and as an isotype control
