Bacteria-Derived Collagenase Type 3 Purified is suggested for mammary primary cell isolation. This is a dialyzed, lyophilized powder with a concentration of 100Units/mg dry weight.
Type 3 contains lowest levels of secondary proteases. Lower in secondary proteolytic contaminant activities but with typical collagenase activity
