This protein has been recombinantly produced using a synthetic peptide and biological activity is measured by ability to cleave flurogenic peptide substrate (Boc-Arg-Val-Arg-Arg-AMC). Endotoxin level is less than 1.0 EU per 1ug, and purity is greater than 95% as determined by UV Spectroscopy and/or SDS-PAGE. This protein has been recombinantly produced in Hi-5 insect cells and the synthetic peptide is located within the following region
