Human IgG Fractionated Purified has been purified from human serum by fractionation. This is a frozen liquid buffered in 10mM sodium phosphate, 150mM sodium chloride pH7.2, with a concentration of 10mg/ml and a purity of greater than 97% as determined by SDS-PAGE analysis.
