Description
The DriverMap Human LINCSx Panel assays the expression level of 1,573 human from the Library of Integrated Network-based Cellular Signatures and DrugBank. The DriverMap Kit includes all the enzymes, reagents, and primers to prepare NGS samples from total RNA, and includes software to demulitple and align Illumina sequencing files (FASTQ) data and provide expression levels for each target genes.y
