Description
Tryptase alpha/beta 1 protein (TPSAB1) belongs to a family of trypsin-like serine proteases, and is enzymatically active and get involved in proteolysis only as heparin-stabilized tetramers, TPSAB1 is also resistant to all known endogenous proteinase inhibitors. Beta tryptase appears to be the main isoenzymes expressed in mast cells; while alpha tryptase is predominate in basophils. TPSAB1 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived TPSAB1 protein, expressed by HEK293, with C-6*His labeled tag
