Immobilized Monoclonal Anti-His Tag Antibody, Human IgG1 (AY63) (Cat. No. HIS-M535) at 1 μg/mL, add Mouse CD19, His Tag (Cat. No. CD9-M52H8) at 5 μg/mL and then add Rat/IgG2a, Kappa Anti-CD19 Antibody. Detection was performed using Goat Anti-Rat IgG Fc (HRP) preadsorbed (Routinely tested).
